Energy Healing Center of the Adirondacks and Dina Kennedy, RMT, established the adksenergy.com Community Service Fund March 1, 2008, with a small seed grant. At this time, all moneys in this Fund (100%) will be used to provide financial discounts to full time, year round residents of the Adirondacks who enjoy the energy healing services and who participate in certain classes and workshops offered by Energy Healing Center of the Adirondacks. The Fund will pay participating practitioners and teachers (currently Dina Kennedy) the difference between our regular rates and the discounted rate. Our ulitmate goal is to provide up to a 50% discount to residents.. A win all around!
Any and all full time year round residents of communities within the Adirondack Park are eligible to receive the applicable discounts*. Proof of residency (if we don't already know you) and a request for the discount are the only requirements. The discount rates provided are set based on the amount of money in the Fund. Again, our goal is to reach and then perpetuate a 50% rate and fee discount level. (current discounts are not yet at goal level).
Energy Healing Center of the Adirondacks very much wants to support the Adirondack communities in which we live, and which we love.The adksenergy.com Community Services Fund was established to further that part of our mission.
Donations gladly accepted! But PLEASE NOTE: The adksenergy.com Community Service Fund is not yet an IRS established charitable organization, and your contributions are therefor NOT tax deductible at this time. If the Fund works as envisioned, that will come at a later time. We are happy to provide all prospective donors with detailed information on the use of the funds you will provide us with (keeping client and student names strictly confidential).
